Upgradation(one world XE7.33 TO 8.12)

All ,
Can any one help me?
If I Would like to upgrade version One World XE(7.33) to latest 8.12.
What are the dacuments required for that?
In short please furnish all details I am asking functional point of view,technical point view & cnc point view.

sorry to say that but you'll find all documentation on http://www.peoplesoft.com partner or customer connection
at Update + Fixes > Documentation update, then you will be in the peoplebook research page and help yourself for implementation guide.

On oracle OPN you will aslo find the net changes between XE and 8.12, and the technical guide to do the migration (1 different document for each system/database).
