Unable to Release Token

This one is just weird. We have someone how has been creating versions of various reports. She wants to delete one of her versions. When she goes into OMW the version of her report is in her default project. It is not checked out, but does have the token. Another user is in the queue waiting for the token. When the user tries to release the token all we get is RDB Error. I have added myself to her Default Project as PVC Administrator and I can't drop the token either.

It is just on this one object. Everything else seems to work. Any ideas?

Try just removing the object from the default project. This will erase a checkout and drop the token. Click on object then click on blue right pointing arrow at bottom of screen to remove object from Default project.

Kevin,

Have you checked logging for the object that returns the RDB error? Usually,
it gives a reason code that can help in troubleshooting.
