Unable to login to 811

The issue is that when I use my login id and password as then I am not able to login to OneWorld (811 releases). It doesn’t end up in error, but One World is not launched. The application just gets closed on its own.

We are also seeing this now in 8.10 but only on the fat client. The web still allows us to select a role. I believe it has something to do with just one role associated to a profile, in addition to *ALL, but I'm still investigating. Maybe an INI setting. I'll let you know what I find out. Please do the same for me.

Is this happening only for your user id with the *ALL role...?

Two things you could check

1. In P95921, find the role attached to you, select it and make sure that "inlcude in *ALL" is checked

2. In P95921 , check the form exit "Enable role chooser". If this is unchecked that would mean that you have to sign on with *ALL, for which you must ensure step 1
