E9.2 Unable send email from Web and Job Scheduler

Hi ,

I have problem with batch that I set to sending email through Job Scheduler, the email never success to sent.

mean while the email success when i execute the batch from FAT client.

I already test , execute the batch from Webclient but no luck.


please let me know if someone have same problem and how to solve it

Make sure that the server that runs the send main BSFN is set up to send email. Thats where I would start.

The server already set up to send email,
I run batch from fat client where I installed in enterprise server.

do you have the SMTP & IMAP server settings configured correctly? I think you can access them from server manager

Hi All,

The problem is JDE.INI not sync to Server Manager Configuration.
Because All this time, i just set the Email Configuration from JDE.INI.

So, I set Email Configuration Manually from Server Manager.

then the problem Solved
