Seriously though CIO, here's a resource for you:

"J.D. Edwards OneWorld - A Developers Guide"
by Steven Hester and Chris Enyeart

Its a bit out of date but the basics for UBE Development haven't really changed all that much. If you're new to JDE this book can be a great resource.
