Kannen,

Try the "Print Setup" option in the "Report" pull down menu. If you already have versions set up, mind you, you might need to do the same for all of them.

Hope this helps

Hello Kannen,
I'm sure you already read and followed carefully the two previous hints.
As I do not see any confirmation, I'm assuming it didn't work :(
Well here's JDEwards Customer Support way to enforce Orientation & Size at the same time (on the Print Setup form, too).
a - Enable the Custom check-box and specify Width & Height (this will override the Orientation!)
b - Specify a custom paper size of 8.5w x 11h
c - Do this at both the template and the version levels, or the change may not take effect.
d - Try specifying a valid printer as well.
Warm regards.
PS Do not forget that your feed-back is really appreciated by the List; might be the same level of appreciation you show to the respondents :)

Hi Adrian Chimirel,
Thanks for your help. Your assumption is right. I just changed it on the
version. It was not wrking. When I changed on both template and the verisons
then It is working. I know I did it long back setting this properties. but
at that time I did it on windows 98 client machine. Now we have only windows
NT Client machines. I was thinking about that.

Is that effects?? 98 or NT ..

ANY HOW THANKS FOR EVERYBODY WHO HELPED ME. AND THANKS FOR JDELIST.

Hi Kannen,
Thank you for the amazingly prompt reply!
The same thing was happening to my NT, therefore I would assume it doesn't have anything to do with the Op. Sys. :)
It is just a(nother) One(derful)World bug :(
The List is glad to be of help ;)
