How does a Transportation route status (RRTR) value get set to '1'?

Hi,

we currently have 2753 records in F4141 table with a RSRRTR value of 1, fifteen from this year

all of which are cancelled. It looks like they were set to 1 because they couldn't be automatically routed.

Hi all! The routes are often cancelled because user updates key fields on the related sales/purchase order lines (dates, carrier, MoT etc.,) It then cancels the original shipment and creates a new shipment which is routed/rated
