Thread ranking changes seemingly without reason

Hi Eric, Support

I always listen the Forums ranking the threads, posts by descending date/time stamp.

I noticed recently more times that some thread come to the top of the list but seemingly without any reason, because there isn't any new post in it.

I experienced it currently with the thread "Creating .TXT file from UBE" initiated by "alebbar" on 3rd January on the OneWorld XE forum.
It contains two additional replies but both were posted also on 3rd January.

This can confuse me a bit, mainly when it happens with a long thread and I have to investigate where does it contain a new post and I didn't find it.

Is it a moderation issue? E.g. a post arrevies to a thread and it ranks the thread to the top but it does not appear in the thread while it won't be approved by a moderator?

Yes or no, could you change this confusing behavior?
