Third Software to automatic send PO to Supplier

Can some please recommend a web site where I can information about Software solution beside EDI to send PO (R43500) direct to Supplier/Vendor?

I am JDE X 9.1.4
I log in Oracle website no success.

You can use the embedded BI Publisher to send PO's to a supplier. I'd check with a business partner about getting some training on setting it up and using it. It's not that hard, but it does take some training.
