ube.myService() : The file may not exist on Enterprise Server or Security prevents the user from viewing the file this is the error that I am getting.
Environments: Win 2008 R2 - JDE9.0
The file does exist. This is a very random occurrence but it happens frequently without a pattern
Our work around is to log off and back on or to hit the search button and re try to open the PDF( this changes sometime once will work other times you have to hit the search button 5 or 10 times before it takes)
This happen to multiple users
