I would expect lousy performance with such little free disk space on your
(I assume) system partition.
User profiles tend to chew up a lot of disk and they could be deleted to
free up some space since NT will recreate them. In the long haul you might
consider roaming profiles or even repartitioning the server so the system
partition gets plenty of space.

Check to see what the size your page file is set to.
Right click on My Computer, Properties, Performance Tab, Virtual Memory
setting.

Has anyone experienced limited space available on the C Drive of a Windows
Terminal Server - NT/Citrix? We currently have only 40 KB left on the 2 GB
C Drive. If I add up all of the directories. programs, and files I it
only eats up .5 GB. Where could the other 1.5 GB be??????
Any ideas or has anyone seen this in their environment?
