TC fails on deployment

[OneWorld CNC]

we are in process of upgrading from xe to E810, while starting to run the conversion locally get the following error" Unable to connect to JDE_DEVELOPMENT"

Are your local MSDE databases attached? There are scripts in the planner/data directory to attach them. You may have to tweak the scripts if they point to the wrong letter drive. Hope this helps.
