suggested training as we migrate from world to one world xe

hello list.

in january 2001, we are migrating our applications from world a73 cum 8
(will soon be cum 11) to one world xe. in preparation, we have sent our
people to the technical classes (cnc, system admin, deploying changes). we
also sent some of our it people to tools foundation, enterprise report
writer 1, designing forms 1. as a backgrounder, we using an as400
enterprise server (now v2r2, being upgraded to v4r4) and when we migrate,
we will use the same enterprise server and use ibm netfinity servers for
deployment and terminal servers.

we foresee our business users creating new reports/ad hoc queries when we
migrate to one world xe. we also foresee a need to migrate a good number of
existing reports, currently done in rpg, to a one world report. as
currently planned, we are only looking to send them to one world foundation
and net change class (depending on whether they are mfg, finance, or
distribution users).

the profile is, we've been into world for more than a year now and our
users are quite familiar with the functionalities but we have very weak
reporting capability.

for those who have just migrated to one world xe (or one world other
versions):

what training would you suggest our:
1) technical people take?
2) our security officers take?
3) our business users take?
4) our project managers to take?

also, project management tools suggestions are very much appreciated.
