E9.2 String to Numeric with 7 decimals

Hello, guys, need your help.
have to read from flat file and convert string to numeric for field which will be Exchange Rate - alias CRRD. It has 7 decimals. Cannot find any BSFN for this type, all I find are for 2 decimals. Any advise?
