Strange DD records

Greetings,
I have noticed there are strange DD items with Class=Currency, DataType=Numeric and
!!!!!! EditRule=UDC Blank | Blank
Example : alias=TOTSLS
also my CURRENCYclass has the same settings.
Has anyone seen something like that?

Yes. My current client has the same setting for TOTSLS. This is a JDE field so, if it's not causing you any problems I'd leave it alone.

Thanks for the Reply. What worries me the most is that the record in F9210 for the class 'CURRENCY' has the same problem.And when we created some custom DD items with CURRENCY class these items had edit rule Udc blank.
When these item are used in an interactive application we get validation error.

If you're creating custom DD items than can't you just click on "No Edit Rule" to turn off the editing of your custom field? Or, you can enter values in a custom UDC if you'd like to turn on editing for the custom DD field. Maybe I'm not understanding the issue here :-(
