stocking types s,p,u,and o vs M in cost roll ups

I've tried to roll costs with sku's that have stocking types other than M - with mixed results. Has anyone found a way around this, other than changing the stocking type to M, than back to original.

We do cost rolls on all stkt. I am not sure what you mean by just M. Can you provide some detail on what BV you are running with data selection.
