Re: Server update package error on BSFN

Folks, would appreciate if CNC's could shed some light on the error. The business function build does not start building on the server. I have checked all the licensed programs, passwords, INI settings for build etc.

Thanks!

No such path or directory

You need to check your .INI again. Obviously it cannot find something.

I think it might be the reference to "E812BSYS" - I've never seen any path, owner or anything in JDE refer to "E812BSYS" - perhaps this should be pointing to "E812SYS" ?

Re: Server update package error on BSFN

Jon,

I did. E812BSYS is the valid E1 share/library. I have no issues with anything apart from this server update pkg issue that cropped up while trying to take a recent ESU.

Thanks

Re: Server update package error on BSFN

Does a full package build work ? Sometimes its just better to perform a full build rather than an update.

Re: Server update package error on BSFN

It was a case of a missing PGM. BUILDMSTR was missing (Mysteriously hmmm!!) in E812BSYS. Go figure!!
I extracted it from the .par file and the issue is now resolved.
