E9.0 SQ line removal and reorder

Brand new to JDE and creating Sales Quotes
2 questions.

How do I remove a line, should I make a mistake
Currently it looks like I have to continue through, Place the order, then go back and revise, then choose Cancel Line from the Row menu (Cancel line does not exist as an option prior to this point)

2nd question
How do I reorder lines in an estimate to provide better groupings
