SP19.1

We just installed SP19.1 in a sandbox environment and the OWDEVELOPER=TRUE
jde.ini fix is no longer working on our terminal servers. Does anyone have
experience with this issue on SP19 or 19.1?

It works in SP19. My current client is on it, and the flag is working.

Is it possible that you overwrote the jde.ini's that contained OWDEVERLOPER=TRUE when you deployed the SP19 package?
