Thank you all for the suggestions. But, what I have found is there is known
problem with SP16.1_010 if you are communicating between two AS/400's.
JDEdwards has a fix in SP18 and we are trying to get them to put it in SP16.1.
This is how we have our configuration.
We have 3 Physical AS/400, 2 of them are LPAR with Opticonnect between the
LPARS. The system and security server is on one of the LPAR machines. The
machine we are testing SP16.1 is the standalone machine and it is trying to
connect to the LPAR machine. This is when we start having problems. If we
move the System files to this machine then it works.
