Anyone having problems building a full package with SP16.1. I submit the
build and everything goes ok until it gets ready to build the business
functions on the server. Right after the packtotam is run, only a fraction of
the business functions are built. Prior to SP16.1 (SP15), you could see the
CAEC, CALLBSFN, etc being submitted to QBATCH. Now they are not listed under
QBATCH but seem to be building under the package build JDENET_K job. To look
at what is built you have to look under the job attributes of the Package
Build JDENET_K job that is running. Only a handful run. The R9622 comes back
saying it's done and most have a status of processing or transfer. After that
about 500 or so 'B' objects are listed as not found (never got this before).
The package library on the AS400 which when finished should have about 5000
objects, only has about 15 for those few business function libraries it built.
The Full Client built fine plus update server packages. We changed the
QJOBMSGQFL and MX values but didn't seem to do anything. JDE says it might be
a connection problem but we can't isolate this. Stumped...Grant.
