SP14.2

What Platform are you running SP14.2 on?? We are planning to install
SP14.2 next week on an AS400 platform, has anyone had a success story on
SP14.2 with the specs below?

We would really appreciate some feedback, thanks in advance.

I don't know if this will help with the question below, but on the KG there
was a SAR that needed to be lay down before installation of SP14.2. SAR
4886806, it is for clients utilizing Sales Order Processing, they will
encounter an error with the Package Build. this is due to a problem when
compiling NER N4002510.

Thanks,
We are on Xe and just laid down SP14.2 on Friday, but this started prior to
that. Sometimes as BusBuild kicks off all will go well. Objects that are
ours are expected not to always be included in the build. I am losing all
sorts of objects, not always the same ones. Here is some of what the
NotChkdn.txt file shows as missing:

B4002660 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build
B3401700 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build
B3401702 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build
B3401703 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build
B34A1070 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build
B34A1071 : Not checked into pathcode, excluded from the build

What's worse is that these objects are being deleted from everywhere except
one of our custom pathcodes. Anyone else seen anything like this?

I am also seeing this error that results in a ton of warnings:
\\DEN2007\B7333\system\includev\port.h(186) : warning C4005: 'PREFIX' :
macro redefinition
\\DEN2007\B7333\system\include\jdedefn.h(190) : see previous definition of
'PREFIX'

Tricia :

That N4002510 SAR is for everyone.
If you don't apply that SAR you'll never be able to get a full client
package because
BusBuild will crash whenever it tries to translate N4002510 NER Code to C.
Nevertheless, I could never get SP 14.2 to run on any platform, so I would
not recommend
to put it on live installations.
