Hey guys, finally looked at R98403. It has not worked since we went to =
SP13.1 and now I found out why. First, the symptoms: it runs, but not in =
anything other than proof mode because it will not allow anything other =
than a '1' in the update section of the PO. You can enter a 'Y' but the =
ER for the report is looking for a '2'.=20
The DD item used in the PO is AUPD, the edit rule is to use a list. =
What is in the list? YN01 And hence the problem, the only valid codes =
for the dd item is not good because all of the ER's are looking for a =
'2'. The only fix for this is 1, change ALL the er's to look for a =
different value from the list 'Y' or '1' (make 0=3Dno), or 2- change the =
edit values for the dd item. 3 - just turn off the edit rule for the dd =
item.
Any feelings on one solution over the other? I don't like changing =
any DD values, as there could be ripple affects from other items =
depending on that item, but I don't know what else to do..other then =
maybe hardcode a version of the report to copy in final format all the =
time....

John,

Why not call JDE development and alert them so they can make the correction for future releases, ESU's so others don't have to go through your pain.

Oh, good catch and many of us are appreciative.
