Solution Explorer Document

.Since the documentation dealing with Solution Explorer and setting up roles
is rather vague, I rewrote document # ott-01-0047 (Using Solution Explorer)
to include text on how to use Solution Explorer rather than just multimedia
presentations.
Just wanted to get word out to all of you who may be struggling with or
wanting to get into this topic.
