Small Jobs - Equipment Billing


I have a question regarding Equipment Use.

This is the situation. We are currently using Location Tracking and Billing to charge Equipment on Stand By at the job sites.
We are also charging for equipment use via Equipment Billing, so that the Standby cost can be diminish by the usage of the eq.

So far so good, the problem is that the Equipment sometimes, specially at small jobs, may work on two or three places in one day for different jobs.
Therefore, the location charges would hit the last location the equipment was at, and not the others.

It is also unrealistic to keep up with the location transfer of the equipment on a daily basis

Any process solution or feedback would be appreciated.
