SL Date Today

I would like to understand where the System variable of
SL Date Today is comiing from. We have a situation where after 4 p.m., the value return of this System variable is already the next day.

That's very interesred question. Does this happened at server or local or web ? How is the value (date) come from "Get Audit Information" ?

Check your jdk version on your web servers (and maybe other servers, such as your server manager server, too). We had a similar problem with jdk version 1.5.0.6. We replaced it with version 1.5.0.22 and the problem went away.

Might have to do with UTC timezone. Check your User settings, and server settings.

Can you please assist, how was this resolved.
We have similar situation, at a particular time the batch date gets created as previous day.

The poster's issue was due to a bug in the JDK in use at that time.
Other causes could be:
1. Server time set wrong
2. Server or User UTC Time zone setting set incorrectly

The JAS server time is wrong and got it fixed, it resolved the issue.
Few business functions work on JAS server rather than enterprise server.
