Sizing document for OW Xe Sun

Hi List,

Does anyone who is working with Enterprise Server Sun know where I can find
a sizing document for this platform?
When you are using a Wintel platform the hardware vendor have a document
(and in a URL too) that request to define the size ( RAM, cpu, model,
etc..) in IBM AS/400, they have the same but I could not find something
similar in Sun Microsystems page.
Or, Does anyone have a contact number or name in Sun who could help me?
