Whe are experiencing some confusion between the amount of lines shown in =
the pick slip, and the amount of lines shown at ship confirming.
The amount of lines in pick slip can show 6 lines to be shipped, =
however, when the 4205 screen (confirm shipment) is brought up, only 2 =
or 3 items will appear. the only way we are able to manage this so far, =
is confirming whatever it shows and coming back to confirm the rest??

Have anyone experience this before?

Thanks list

Check your status codes for all items and verify that the "Next Status" is
at ship confirm for all items.. That is the first thing to do... s.e.t.

All we do is back out of the screen and go back in and then we are able to
ship confirm the rest of the order. we do not make any changes whatsoever.
That is what have us puzzled.
