Set user selection for a list of values

Apologies for my delay in response. Thanks for all your valuable suggestions. Currently, I have implemented the code similar to the one jdecoder had suggested. I will let you guys know how things work out.

Daniel,
I tried your idea of the virtual view, and it works great. I feels it’s a great idea. But difficult to convince the big guys to put this into process. It allows up to use the features of the database which is not possible via JD.
