Service Pack 13.1 or 13.3

Who has installed either of these and what problems if any have you come across.

I am scheduling time to install the New Enhancement ESU and the 2 new Pre-Req ESU, and I'm trying to see if its worth putting the latest SP on.

SP13.1 with SP13.1_CACHE works fine. SP13.3 was scheduled to be released on
12-04-2000, but today is 12-07-2000 and it's not yet available for download,
but the CD is available. The download should be available later this week
(yeah, right!), thus I don't know about SP13.3 yet.

The two new prerequisite ESUs (4605023 and 4605031) seem to work fine. We
have had them for over 2 weeks and after we loaded SP13.1_CACHE they were
stable (as stable as JDE can be).
