Hi List,
We are currently in the process of Implementing One World xe and
have some concerns in the service module. They are as follows:
1) The service module currently does not allow credit checking in the
normal way. We have thought of using flash messages but that doesn't seem to
be the answer. Does anyone also have the same concern? If so, what could we
do to correct or work around?
2) We are implementing Line of Business. We are finding that service
orders do not pick up the line of business, they default to the '00000'
default company. Is there any way around this?
3) If the service order is not looking to the line of business and
pricing is set up by line of business then the service orders are not priced
correctly.

The bottom line is we don't know if we can get work arounds from the
service module to correct these or is the problem line of business. I was
unable to find any SAR's etc on this. Can anybody help?

Thank you,

Jim Rogerson
