Server Pakcage Build completed with DLL errors on full package build

Hi All,
anyone has an idea/experienced full package build with dll files error complaining specific business functions for incompatible types?
As a result of this error all the full package builds are ending up in error.
Please find attached build log file.
your response is appreciated.

Check the Business Function location to see if the NER should be built on client only, server only, or client & server.
