Server Manager 9.1.2.1 not showing SSL HTML client

I'm using Serevr Manager release 9.1.2.1 and I just implimented SSL and now when I go into Server Manager my weblogic and HTML server show green up arrows but when I drill into the HTML server it shows stopped. I can log into the server just fine and the SSL certificate is validated. This looks to be an agent issue and I was wondering if anyone has seen this behavior?
