I am trying to send mail from a UBE, in mild repor end.


Local mail goes, but in the test environment it does not come out.


Someone could give me a light with this.

How are you sending the email? System Function? Can you supply the code snippet?

Also, check the jde.ini file, i believe there are smtp settings in there

Please check your JDE.ini file. It should have something like the following,

[JDEMAIL]
Rule1=90|OPT|MAILSERVER=192.168.50.16
Rule2=100|DEFAULT|[email protected]
Rule3=110|DEFAULT|[email protected]
Rule4=120|DEFAULT|[email protected]
Rule5=130|DEFAULT|[email protected]
Rule6=140|OPT|MERGELOCAL=1
Rule7=150|OPT|UPDATELOCAL=0

What do you mean here:

Local Mail goes = Which environment? You mean DEV?
Test Environment = Same q

Compare JDE.INI for [JDEMAIL] section.
