we frequently get 'SELECT APPLICATION FAILURE HEADER LABEL' while preforming work order issues in P3111

what is the root cause & how to fix it.

Not sure of the cause, but you should restart services to resolve the issue.

We used to get this when we were on 9.1, but no longer have this issue after moving to 9.2.

Your real problem is that you are having issues executing business functions. Is it all ways the same BSFN? If so, there is most likely a bug in that BSFN that is causing a seg fault. Do you have zombie kernels to go along with these errors?

Hi.
I am having similar errors expect they are on the AP side (manual payments). If I turn on logging, will it show zombie kernels?

I am a Developer.
