Sales Quote Printing

We are trying to print a sales quote through R42565.

We have the data selection to Document type="SQ" and then put in the
Document #.

If we run the report locally, the UBE appears on the taskbar for 3 seconds
and then vanishes. If we run the report on the server, it goes into a
never-ending "processing" state.

Does anyone know of a fix?

It sounds like a status problem. Make sure the processing option's are set for the appropriate status code levels for your document. You may also want to set the option to not advance the status.

Try turning logging on for the local workstation and check the
jde.log and jdedebug.log files for clues.

Thank you Lisa and Mike.

I recreated the R42565 version and then found out that my data selection was
wrong. Instead of Document Type="SQ", it should have been Order Type="SQ".
It worked fine after doing these two things.
