Sales Order with Line Type W

a) I have created a Sales Order with line type W for an item with lot number entered in the Sales Order.
b) In Ship Confirm P4205, the processing option for CHeck Availability and Ship from Negative OnHand Quantity is set as '1'
c) After completion of the related Work Order, it is observed that the lot complted is Hard comitted against the Sales Order. However the same lot could be despatched against differnt Sales Order, which is not desired as per the setup.

Please suggest the setup so that the lot cannot tbe shipped against order different than the one against which it is hard committed.
