Sales Order Headers only on Citrix clients

JDE List,

We are having "sporadic" issues with Citrix clients when they create Sales
Orders. Sometimes Sales Orders have no detail records, only headers. We
have discovered that they are only orders that are entered via Citrix.

Can anyone tell me what I might be able to do to rectify this situation.

Thanks,

I'm guessing that maybe your OCM mappings on your environments aren't quite correct. Some of the business functions must run together, it doesn't matter if locally or on an application server but they must execute in the same place. Take a look at JDE Doc ID: OFN-01-0014 and there is another one out there too but I do not have it handy. Search through the list archives and you should come across it as I know this has been discussed previously.

Good luck,
Jeff

James :

Are your clients working on W environments (such as WPD7333) or from plain
environments
(such as PD7333)?
If your thin clients work on WPD7333, try to log them on PD7333 (it works
remotely too) and
check if the issue disappears.

Whoops, hope it won´t happen hear. Just developed a SO system and we´re moving to Citrix within a few months.

If i´ll have the same problems, i´ll inform you, and maybe, by that time you have a solution.

I'm a JDedwards consultant now, but used to be an Oracle Financials and HR consultant.

Thanks!

No, they are all using the "straight" PD environment, I do not have any W
environments installed.
