RUNUBE and CSV

We would like to schedule a job to run which will create CSV output. We have changed the UBE and Versions to have this option turned on and can submit it to the enterprise server (AS400) and it works with the CSV option already selected. When we submit it using RUNUBE the report is created but the CSV output is not. I cannot find an option in RUNUBE which allows me to select CSV output. Is there a way to select CSV output using RUNUBE on the AS400 platform?

Firstly the obvious, have you selected the tick box within the version,
print options, which defaults it to create CSV output? If yes then you have
hit the same problem we have, it works in every instance except when called
by RUNUBE.

I have reported it to JDE, they suggested loading service pack 16.1, and
trying again, but we do not currently have the resources to fully test a
Service Pack, so we haven't tried that yet. However I see you are on SP16.0
in DEV, do you get the same problem in DEV? If you do then I suggest you too
report it to JDE, then we might get a fix, if it does work then it is fixed.

This is the response I got from JDEdwards support. They were able to duplicate the problem.

This is what I found out from Development:

If csv is chosen in report design, then runube should in fact output csv.
This is fixed in SP18 as a result of sar 5382714.
