Run the Application Button disabled

Hello guys, good morning.
I developed an interactive application and the "Run the Application Button" isn't in "Design Tools" list and the "Run HTML Application" is disabled. How can I put(and use it) the "Run the Application Button" in this list?

"Run the Appl" wouldn't be in OMW at your release.
Look into the "Run HTML" being disabled as that's what you should be able to use.
Is local HTML installed on your development full client?
