This may sound silly..but in the application, you have to re-find (refresh)
the screen to reflect the new build status of 'complete'...

If you are very sure that everything is fine with the build - if
you are on AS400 you can look at your sts file of the package you're
building - you can edit the F96215 file and set "BHBLDSTS = 50" then the
package will deploy.

Good idea, but I've already done it several times....

have you checked the .sts files on the enterprise server for errors? or
maybe the logs from the package build queue on the enterprise server might
shed some light on the problem, as the builderror.txt rarely is of much
help. You may also want to try a little client & server update package at
the same time just as a test.

Since we are on the topic of package builds maybe somebody can help. We
built a full PRD package. Everything was successful. Deployed it to my 3
Enterprise servers, TSE box, and 3 fat clients. After moving on the next
fat client I get an error "Setup failed to initialize the package. Please
check the jdeinst.log for more information. Now when I try to install any
package from any environment I get the same error. Here is a copy of the
jdeinst.log file

Re: RE: rpPackage Build...

In the remote possibility that someone is still monitoring this part of the forum, I'm having the same exact problem described by robby_pollard. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
