Funny, but seriously then can a RPG program call a 'C' that calls a JDE 'C'
API?

As long as you have an object and it is in the library list you can call
anything from an RPG program. No always the case with other languages from
C++ you cant call an RPG pgm but a CL that contains the call to the RPG pgm.
In RPG you can evoke other pgms and they dont have to be RPG to do it. You
can evoke to any subsystem just be sure that the library that contains the
other program is in the list for the system description.
