Role Based Security

We are an XE site deployed on AS400/W2K.

I'm trying to apply Role Based security but I'm getting the following error when I'm in the Role Definition (P9035):-

[Invalid Overwrite or Read] The system may become unstable (blah Blah Blah)
Application:p9035 Event:Write Grid Line-After


Any ideas?
