Reports Open in TXT not in CSV format

I run the report on server 39 and 21 and both times the report opens in TXT and not in Excel.

In addition I have to report Hyperion through Weblink and the reports must be in Excel.

You need to be descriptive while logging problem. What is server 39 and 21 ?.
If you select the report output as CSV or design the report as CSV then it will create a CSV file by default. The file type created should be CSV if its txt then it will not trigger Excel. Look for some file naming settings or default file name you give in report.

Have you already checked JDEList in relation .CSV and jde.ini?
If do not, then do - maybe you will find the solution for you.

i checked the exists one but doesnt match with ours.
