Reports not opening

Hi,
Has anyone had problems opening reports on a server but only when they are over 1mb in size?
It was ok yesterday and as far as I can tell nothing has changed on our system but now OneWorld takes a few seconds to open small reports and just hangs for ages when trying to open large reports on a particular UBE server.
The jde.log shows one of the two errors below.
Also when I try to uninstall the Queue and network servies it says they dont exist! ? (But reports run fine on there)

I had the same problem with very large PDFs. 3000 plus pages. I changed
my JDE.INI default timeout from 60 to 160 and that took care of it for
me.
[NETWORK QUEUE SETTINGS]
JDENETTimeout=160

3. By Opening reports do you mean Viewing the pdf?

I will try your INI file sugestion for this server, Im just wondering why its suddenly gone like this?

Ive added my system details to my signature now and yes I do mean viewing PDF's from OW.
I can map a network drive to the server and open a PDF directly in the printqueue folder from my PC which I thinks rules out a network problem.
