First of all, You Are Welcome on the Forum/List!
Did you checked your OneWorld documentation CD? It is part of the OneWorld product.
It contains a manual "Enterprise Report Writer" in the Technical folder.
On the other hand you can download it from the J.D. Edwards Knowledge Garden too.
