Report Writer Update

When using the demo version of report writer to update
records, I have the following problems:

The report displays the information based on data
selection but the entire file is updated, including
records not selected or shown on the report. Is this
a known problem with demo? Is there anything that can
be done to correct this problem?

You'd probably have more luck if you posted this query on the developers forum

This is not a problem I have ever come across and I would suggest that the error lies in your update statement. I think you need to make sure that you are passing all the key values correctly into your update statement.
