If the number of XE SAR's posted previously is accurate, we won't be taking
any bold steps, that's for sure.

IMO, the "superb" ratings probably belong to those using the standard tried
& true functionality. As customers push the envelope in functionality,
that's when the problems increase.

This sounds crazy I know, but it seems to me that JDE would attempt to
stabilize OneWorld as it currently exists before moving on (wouldn't one
desire to be better than Microsoft?). We are on 7332, and we're still seeing
ESU's with hundreds of objects, some of which break things that used to
work.

I would wager that their sloppy approach to software maintenance is
reflective of their internal operations, and if so, that explains why they
are losing money.
