My impression is that J.D. Edwards is no longer supporting the "Consumer
Window" operating system platform on XE and future versions of OW (I think
I've seen an quietly released "official" statement on the KG). I do know that
they do not consider a SAR siting instability on Win 95/98 to be high enough
on the food chain to merit resources.

The consumer Windows versions simply do not have the memory management
capabilities inherent in the operating system architecture to support a
diverse application such as OneWorld.

If you want stability and dependability, WinNT or Win2K is your only bet.
