Neil,

the 'SYSTEM' password must also be changed in P98OWSEC. The easiest way to
do this is to create a new menu option using W98OWSECS as the first entry
point. Select the default data source and click the check box for all users.
Enter the new password and click okay.

There's also a document on the download section of jdelist that shows you
where to change most of the jde passwords.

Neil,

There is a great document located on the jdelist website that covers all
the places that should be updated when changing the jde password. It may
be worth while to download it and make sure you have everything covered
for the password change. Hopefully this will help solve your issue.
